Welcome to 34 Grandview in Boothbay Harbor!  Sometimes known as the “Big Blue House." It is the perfect home for a multi-generation family vacation. Built in 1928, it is one of five original cottages on historic Spruce Point, retaining the charm and authenticity of a Maine coastal property. Over the years it has been remodeled, a guest cottage has been built, and the front porch has been expanded for harbor viewing.

 

The cottage is a short walk from the popular Spruce Point Inn and Spa and all of its amenities.  The town of Boothbay Harbor just over a mile in the other direction…across the historic footbridge built in 1901.

The property can accommodate 10-14 guests when including the guest house. ​

• Four Oceanfront Bedrooms (in Main Cottage)

• Six (6) guest passes to the Spruce Point Inn (use of two pools, kayaks, rec room, and playground)

• Spacious front deck with ocean view, perfect for relaxing, socializing, eating, and games

• Guest cottage with 1 bedroom, 1 living area (pull out sofa), full bath, and kitchenette

• Landscaped Perennial Garden

• Solo Stove and gas grill

• Yard games

• One two-person sea kayak available for use (must be returned to the garage before leaving)

• Laundry Available (located in adjacent garage, cold water)

• Internet/Cable in Main House for remote work and learning; Cable only in Guest House

• Pet friendly (additional fee)
