Oceanfront Cottage

The oceanfront cottage can accommodate 10 guests. Flexible occupancy in most rooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor with easy wheelchair access. The master bathroom (1 king, 1 twin) is comfortable for guests with mobility issues (elevated toilet, support railings, and a walk-in shower). Three upper bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) and two full bathrooms are located on the second floor. Linens and towels provided.

Master Bedroom

Located on the first level of the house, the master bedroom is accessible by two wide doorways. King bed, twin bed. Views of the harbor.

Bedroom Two

Located on the second floor of the main cottage, this bedroom has a Queen bed and views of the harbor.

Bedroom Three

Located at the Northern side of the house, this large bedroom has two twin beds and small sitting area.

Bedroom Four

At the top of the stairs in the main cottage, there is small bedroom with a harbor view (twin beds).

Dining Area

Enjoy watching the lobster boats and schooners sail by as you look upon Burnt Island over dinner.

Fireplace Room

Part of the original cottage, this fireplace room is the heart of the cottage. It is perfect for cold and/or rainy days on the midcoast of Maine.

Kitchen

Large kitchen for family cooking. Dishwasher, two sinks, refrigerator/freezer, double oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, Cuisinart, and small ice maker.

Front porch

Our favorite part of the house. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the harbor from sunrise to sunset on this large open porch.

Family Room w/Fireplace

Gather in the backroom of the cottage for board games and movies.

Grassy area between the main cottage and guesthouse.
